Virginia Women's Center physicians are highly skilled and focused on caring for pregnant women and delivering babies—each pregnancy and birth is just as special and unique for our medical family as it is for yours.
Our local hospital systems employ outside physicians, more commonly referred to as "hospitalists" to provide Labor and Delivery coverage. It is important to note that Virginia Women's Center is not affiliated with the hospitalist programs. We pledge that one of our trusted VWC obstetricians will be there to deliver your baby and to provide the medical expertise, advanced technology and compassionate care to which you've become accustomed. Our award-winning, integrated electronic medical records system allows our health care providers access to your medical records so that, across locations and service lines, we can provide the best care to you.
