Keith P. Berkle, MD, MBA is Chair of Privia Women’s Health and president of Virginia Women’s Center. He has been on the Virginia Women’s Center Board of Directors since 2015 and the Privia Women’s Health Board of Governors since 2019. With 12 years of experience in private practice, Keith is passionate about making women’s health as accessible and innovative as possible.

Keith is a board-certified OB-GYN with experience in all aspects of gynecologic care and is an expert in minimally invasive surgery techniques as well as pelvic pain management. Along with serving on hospital committees and working as a peer reviewer for the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), he has conducted legal reviews as an expert witness for the legal system on both defendant and plaintiff standpoints.

Outside of the office, Keith serves on the Richmond Academy of Medicine’s Access Now program and takes yearly mission trips to Guatemala to provide free gynecologic surgeries to underserved populations. He attributes his passion for women’s health to his four daughters, his wife, and his mother, who died from a gynecologic malignancy.
