There is a known issue with the PATIENT PORTAL — lab results are not displaying. Rest assured, they are not lost.
You may still receive a notification email that you have lab results to review. However, when you log in, you will not be able to see the results or the message related to the results. This problem is impacting all lab results including those sent in the past.
We are aware of the issue and actively working with Athena to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
